By train, by plane, or by car: Bologna is one of Italy's best-connected hubs, and we are right next door.
Alight at Bologna Centrale and you are practically at our front door. The station is served by high-speed trains (Frecciarossa, Italo) and regional services. From the exit onto Via Amendola, the building is visible within a few metres.
Guglielmo Marconi Airport is linked to Bologna Centrale by the Marconi Express — the monorail departs directly from the terminal, takes ~7 minutes and costs 12.80 €, and drops you at the station terminus. From there, a short walk and you are with us.
Bologna sits at the junction of the A1 motorway (Milan–Naples) and the A14 (Adriatic). The historic centre has a ZTL (limited traffic zone), active indicatively ~7:00–20:00, with cameras at the entry points. The good news: the property is just outside the ZTL — you can drive up freely, without passing through any controlled gates. Check the latest rules on the Bologna Comune website.
The station area is a key node of Bologna's urban transport network: Tper buses cover the whole area (single ticket 2.30 €, valid 75 minutes). For up-to-date timetables and routes, visit tper.it. In any case, most of what you will want to see is easily reachable on foot.
