General conditions of use of the website and booking of rooms.
1. Subject matter
These conditions govern the use of the website and the booking of rooms at Bologna Station Suites (Active Media SRL), at Via Amendola 17, Bologna.
2. Booking
At present, availability enquiries are made via WhatsApp, email or telephone; the booking is concluded upon confirmation by the property. An online booking system will be made available at a later date.
3. Rates and payments
Rates are quoted per room per night. Payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SatisPay and bank transfer are accepted (bank transfer is not available for last-minute bookings). The tourist tax of the Municipality of Bologna is excluded from the rate and is paid during online check-in, in accordance with the applicable municipal rates.
4. Check-in and check-out
Self check-in with a personal code; check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in (from 13:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) are available as paid extra services. A valid identity document must be presented at the time of stay, for the purposes of guest registration with the Public Security Authority.
5. Cancellations and modifications
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking (ranging from flexible to non-refundable) and are clearly indicated prior to confirmation.
6. Pets
Pets are permitted, with a possible supplement indicated at the time of booking.
7. Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to use the property with due care, to respect building regulations and quiet hours, not to exceed the number of booked guests, and not to organise unauthorised parties or events.
8. Liability
The property is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or circumstances not attributable to it. All liability provided for by law remains unaffected.
9. Applicable law and court of jurisdiction
The relationship is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile; in other cases, the court of jurisdiction as provided for by law.
