Check-in / Check-out
Self check-in with a personal access code. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Before arrival you'll receive the instructions and access code by email or WhatsApp. No reception desk, no waiting.
Early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are available as paid add-ons, purchasable during online check-in.
Parking
We do not have a private car park. The most convenient option is the Parcheggio Garage Stazione Centrale Bologna, located directly beneath Viale Pietramellara 27 (approximately 100 m from Via Amendola 17) — hourly and daily rates consultable on site. Alternatively: pay-and-display street parking in the area, or the Parcheggio Tanari (an economical park-and-ride interchange connected to the station by shuttle).
Pets
Pets are welcome. A surcharge may apply (amount confirmed at the time of booking). Get in touch for details.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking — ranging from flexible to non-refundable. The conditions are displayed clearly before you confirm. If in doubt, get in touch.
Accepted Payments
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Digital payments: SatisPay. Or bank transfer — please note that bank transfers are not accepted for last-minute bookings.
City Tax
The Bologna city tax is excluded from the room rate and is paid during online check-in, based on the number of nights. The amount follows the current municipal rates.
Luggage Storage
Automated lockers open 24/7 beneath our properties (Via Amendola 17 and Viale Pietramellara 27). Alternatively, free storage at our office (approximately 600 m away), accepted until 21:00; office open every day 12:00–22:00.
Wi-Fi & Assistance
